WEDNESDAY SESSIONS:

FOR all parents and players who have signed for Wednesday sessions
in Coventry Hills @ NOSE CREEK SCHOOL)

First Scheduled practice will be on Feb 03rd 2016
(Please be patient on that day as we will be working to issue soccer uniforms )

– arrive 15 MIN before your scheduled time
– bring waiver forms (found on our site in email confirmation that you have received)
– make sure that all dues are PAID (including registration fee for 2016) – applies to all players)
– bring copy of your payment (as we might ask to check it re-confirm payment)

NOTES AND REMINDERS:

1. Waiver forms must be signed and brought to our first session, soccer forms

2. all fees must be paid , in order for your child to join our
soccer program

3. ALL KIDS MUST BRING THEIR SOCCER BALLS (new players will receive them at the practice-uniform pick-up day

4. ALL SESSIONS ARE SUBJECT TO FACILITY AVAILABILITY, (that a facility is unable to fulfill its rental agreement (facility double-booked, facility closes without notification, etc.) practices will be postphoned and/or rescheduled (please see policy)

5. * IF YOU HAVE SIGN-UP YOUR CHILD FOR Wednesday sessions (11 weeks), your first practice day is FEBRUARY 03 2016

Players, will be placed into age appropriate teams (max 4 players per team), where each team will play at least 3 games…

During “STARS tournament”, we will be registering goals,
but scores will not be recorded anywhere,
knowing and accepting that:
