UNIFORMS (due to delivery problems with suppliers –
certain sizes of uniforms are not available

there are few notes and reminder:

*** CHANGES IN SCHEDULE ARE POSSIBLE (COMBINED SESSIONS and/or INCLUDING CANCELLATION OF PROGRAM) due to lack of MIN # of players signed, possible COVID-19 or OTHER GOVERNMENT, CLOSURES, STRIKES restrictions etc. IF program gets cancelled very first week – a full refunds will be issued, less $30 uniform kit fee ****

1. Waiver forms must be signed and brought to our first session,

2. all fees must be paid by Nov 04 in order for your child to join our soccer program (PAYMENTS in  PERSON ONLY by cash * due to NSF CHEQUES (fee of $45 if you issue NSF))

3. ALL KIDS MUST BRING THEIR SOCCER BALLS (NEWLY SIGNED PLAYERS will receive them as a part of SOCCER UNIFORM KIT – after payment is received* )

4. UNIFORMS (due to delivery problems with suppliers – there is a possibility that certain sizes of uniforms are not available and some players might not receive uniforms at the beginning of the program – they will get them as soon as we receive uniforms ) – Additionally SOCCER BALLS and UNIFORMS could be purchased ( $10.00 pcs (ball) *  $30.00/set) – only if program ADMIN allows it (will be approved on case by case basis)

5. ALL SESSIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CITY/SCHOOLS APPROVALS, (in a case of school’s cancelations – could happen sometimes on very short notice) Practices will be postponed and rescheduled based on schools/city availability/approval  (please see policy)

6. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDERS as number of parents are not receiving our emails (they are ending up in SPAM folders)
ALL RELATED INFO regarding the soccer will be posted on our web site – please check it regularly..
