ALL PLAYERS AND PARENTS ARE INVITED TO COME ON MONDAY Jan 05 2015 to do sign-ups, bring waiver forms, finish pre-arranged payments and pick up soccer uniforms:

please follow the schedule below to make it easier with uniforms, paperwork, and payments:

MINI STARS:

6:15-6:45 PM PARENTS AND PLAYERS (MINI STARS) 3 and 4 years old

6:45-7:15 PM PARENTS AND PLAYERS (MINI STARS) 5 and 6 years old

RISING STARS:

7:15 – 7:35 PM PARENTS AND PLAYERS (RISING STARS) 6 to 9 years old

7:15 – 8:00 PM PARENTS AND PLAYERS (RISING STARS) 9 + years old

Uniforms:

* FULL SOCCER SET + SOCCER BALL (not including shoes, shin-pads) will be given to players

(SOCCER UNIFORMS/KITS will NOT BE given to parents and players who opted not to receive them during registration process)

* Parents of Players( from our last program) who have received uniforms (blue-red-white) must pay registration fee for calendar year 2015 in order to receive uniform credit (few of them have missed that payment – we will be sending reminders)
