REFUND, CANCELATION, DISCOUNT and TRANSFER POLICY

** Refund Policy

100% Refunds are issued for withdrawals from soccer program / day camps providing two week’s notice.
less $35.00 administration fee; service charge will be applied to each camp withdrawal.

Refunds are issued for medical reasons; a doctor’s note is required, and a transfer will be permitted at no charge. Transfers are accepted providing a minimum of two week’s notice is given prior to the camp start date and a $ 35.00 service charge will be applied.

•If a refund is requested 3 weeks prior to start of program, the uniforms have already been ordered, and therefore an additional dollar amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of the uniform.

•2 weeks prior to start of the program, and after the start of program, NO REFUNDS will be granted for any reason.

** Cancellation

– In the event that there are insufficient registrations, PanoramaHillsSoccer/CalgarySoccerSta reserve the right to cancel the program with
approximately 7 days notification prior to the intended start date. In such cases, program fees will be
credited in full. Refunds will be processed on request.
– Alternatively, Registrants may choose to transfer into another program, space permitting

DISCOUNTS

PanoramaHillsSoccer/CalgarySoccerSTARS are trying to keep fees as low as possible and during the time of registration we offer following discounts:

1.*** 10% – “Siblings DISCOUNT”***
– applies to all kids from same family/household, registered in the same “season program” (even if they have different time/group schedule during the “same season program ) – This discount DOESN’T APPLY to “multi session program*” registrations as those sessions have been already discounted

4. *** $10 UNIFORM DISCOUNT once***
– If your child has attended any of our previous programs during the same calendar year and have received a uniform for that program, after PanoramaHillsSoccer/CalgarySoccerStars approval you can receive $10.00 off (uniform discount) …

5. TOTAL AMOUNT OF ALLOWED DISCOUNTS CAN NOT EXCEED $25.00 (combined) of the program fees per program registration per child
(doesn’t apply to “multi session programs*” as those programs have already bigger discount included in fees)

* single session program -> session goes once a week
** multi session program -> session goes twice or more per week

** UNIFORMS

– All participants (unless otherwise stated or parents opted not to get uniform*) will receive a soccer uniform kit (jersey, shorts, socks and soccer ball as a part of any of our program, UNIFORM COULD BE EXCHANGED for different SIZE ONLY AT THE TIME WHEN RECEIVING UNIFORM – if AVAILABLE NO OTHER EXCHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED and WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IF UNIFORM WAS WORN BY PLAYER AT ANY TIME….
* if, at the time of registration, parents/guardians, opted not to receive uniform and use one from previous programs a credit of $10.00 will be issued after the start of the program…

UNIFORMS – SOCCER BALLS could be purchased – only if program policy allows it (will be approved on case by case basis)

** USE OF FACILITIES/FIELDS

– PanoramaHillsSoccer/CalgarySoccerSTARS programs are provided at external facilities. In the event that a facility is unable to fulfill its rental agreement (facility double-booked, facility closes without notification, etc.) HillsSoccer/CalgarySoccerSTARS will make efforts to rectify the situation by either extending the length of the program by an additional session or by providing the missed session on another day/time of the week. (for outdoor programs this rule applies for up to 2 sessions)
– If alternate arrangements are not possible, a PROGRAM CREDIT in the amount of the missed session, will
be placed on the participantʼs account for future PanoramaHillsSoccer/CalgarySoccerSTARS programs.

OUTDOOR SEASON:

We will be deciding if weather conditions are bad enough to
cancel practices; the decision will be made (if not before) around 4:30 pm.
PLEASE Check OUR WEBSITE and your email (including your spam folder) shortly around 5:00 pm as all info will be sent through email. and POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE..
You must make sure that your contact email that we have on file is correct. If you have not received a cancellation email notice by 5:00 pm, the practice is on!

ADDITIONALLY:
if we are to experience, thunders, rain, lightning, cold weather (below 12C), high and cold winds, practices will be cancelled, as there is no need to risqué any
injuries, or getting kids sick..

In a case of bad weather: we will commit to do up to 2 “make-up” sessions
if needed , (all MAKE-Up sessions will be scheduled for JUNE 2016)…
