2017 SUMMER SOCCER PROGRAM – uniform PICK-UP schedule

2017 SUMMER SOCCER – UNIFORM PICK UP SCHEDULE:

this is just a notice sent to ALL PLAYERS (doesn’t apply to players who already have uniforms and don’t need them for 2017 SUMMER SEASON)

Uniform pick up is per following schedule:

Players registered for our
TINY STARS (3-4 years old)

MONDAY June 26 2017 from 6:30-7:45 PM
at the soccer field =>>>

Players registered for our
MINI STARS (5-7 years old)

WEDNESDAY JUNE 28 2017 from 6:30-7:45 PM
at the soccer field =>>>

Players registered for our
RISING STARS (8+ years old)

THURSDAY JUNE 29 2017 from 6:30-7:45 PM
at at the soccer field =>>>

any of the players who misses above scheduled dates
can pick up uniforms also on
THURSDAY JUNE 29 2017 from 6:30-7:45 PM
at at the soccer field =>>>

If you miss any of these schedules UNIFORMS SHOULD BE READY
for the FIRST PRACTICE
(excluding registrations received after June 28 2017
and or certain sizes of uniforms…
those players will receive their uniforms slightly later)

PLEASE BE READY TO PROVIDE YOUR PAYMENT CONFIRMATION from PAYPAL
or to MAKE PAYMENT in PERSON at the time of UNIFORM PICK UP)

UNIFORMS WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO ANY PLAYER
WHO DIDN’t PAY or DIDn’T PROVIDE PROOF OF PAYMENT

YOU MUST ALSO BRING WAIVER FORMS

(1. PLEASE BE PATIENT – if you miss any of the scheduled times
uniforms will be ready @ the first scheduled practice for your child***
in a case of uniform shortages – NEW UNIFORMS will be arriving in few weeks also
so all players will receive their uniforms)
